Detection principle：

After the subject took 13C urea by mouth, the urease produced by Helicobacter pylori will decompose the 13C urea into 13C carbon dioxide and ammonia. The 13C  dioxide enters the lungs through the blood and is exhaled from the body. Collect the subject's exhaled breath and detect the change of 13C/12C carbon dioxide ratio in the exhaled breath with an infrared spectrometer to diagnose Helicobacter pylori infection in the stomach.
